Abstract

The following document aims to solve an architectural project, where in the first instance we have the interest of a promoter, who has the concern of making a center of equine therapy, with spacious, comfortable and a capacity to meet the needs of each of its users, on the other hand be a profitable business. Through the analysis of sites with references to our subject, we first visited three places, taking their advantages and disadvantages from each of them, to later propose the finished analysis. As part of the research an emphasis is placed on the observation of the population, with some special problem dealing with the main actors and beneficiaries of this project. Studying their deficiencies to walk or move applying them in different areas a greater comfort. On the other hand, the different climatological activities were studied, such as the prevailing winds, temperature, rainfall, among others taking as reference the state of Michoacán, with these data the cisterns are designed, the orientation among other issues. You propose three terrains, analyzing their advantages as well as their disadvantages, taking into account the roads for better access, type of terrain, vegetation among other qualities. En el siguiente documento se tiene como propósitos resolver un proyecto arquitectónico, donde en primera instancia tenemos el interés de un promotor, que tiene la inquietud de realizar un centro de equinoterapia, con espacios amplios, confortables y una capacidad de satisfacer las necesidades de cada uno de sus usuarios, por otra parte, ser un negocio redituable. Mediante el análisis de sitios con referencias a nuestro tema, primeramente, se hizo la visita de tres lugares retomando sus ventajas y desventajas de cada uno de ellos, para posteriormente plantear el análisis concluido. Como parte de la investigación se hace un énfasis en la observación de la población, con algún problema especial tratándose de los principales actores y beneficiarios de este proyecto. Estudiando sus deficiencias para caminar o moverse aplicándolas en las diferentes áreas un mayor confort. Por otra parte, se estudiaron las diferentes actividades climatológicas, como los vientos dominantes, temperatura, precipitación pluvial, entre otras tomando como referencia el estado de Michoacán, con estos datos se diseñan las cisternas, la orientación entre otras cuestiones más. Se propones tres terrenos, analizando sus ventajas de cada uno tanto como sus desventajas, teniendo en cuenta las vialidades para su mejor acceso, tipo de terreno, vegetación entre otras cualidades. En la siguiente etapa se hicieron los cálculos del sistema de construcción donde se proponen zapatas, muros, trabes, y columnas. Cumpliendo con los requerimientos y cálculos de construcción. En el siguiente apartado se describe un formulario de investigación normativo legal donde se menciona los accesos, cajones de estacionamiento, rampas etc. Al final se concluye con los programas de espacios que serán necesarios. Con esquemas, tablas y una serie de información necesaria para su mejor distribución y como se concluyó la parte conceptual. Llegando asentar una serie de planos producto de una ardua investigación.
