En la presente tesis se desarrolla el plan de trabajo del proyecto Centro Cultural y de Capacitación en Pedernales, donde se explica lo que es y porque es necesario tener el Centro Cultural de Capacitaciones en esta localidad. El proceso comienza con una explicación de los antecedentes del tema y del lugar, esto para entender la evolución en tiempo y espacio de este tipo de lugares. Se da un estudio de la población que se atenderá y se analiza el usuario punto importante dentro de la investigación ya que es a quien va dirigido el proyecto. Se habla también del terreno y de la forma que se obtuvo, se mencionan datos físico-geográficos y urbanos de la localidad de pedernales, así como también cuenta con un apartado de normativa. Con las analogías arquitectónicas se retoman ideas necesarias.
