Centro asistencial de desarrollo infantil en La Piedad Mich.

Abstract

In the present work develops an architectural project which has as its purpose the construction of a building that is equipped with the appropriate facilities and that provide childcare and preschool for children of parents working with limited resources, and without any type of social service with the aim of encouraging the active participation of the parents and at the same time benefit the children by giving them attention and care for the stimulation and development of their learning from an early age. The work begins to develop when presented with the problem that currently exists in the town of La Piedad to not cover the existing demand of lack of space for the attention and care of infants. From there, start to raise the solutions and the goals you intend to achieve for this problem, beginning here the work of investigation goes from the socio-cultural, physical-geographical, of the rules, the analysis of the user and the spaces of the project and its needs through the conceptualization and development of the architectural project. As a result of the research work is presented the project with its mapping corresponding, in which you can observe some of the aspects of the research that were taken into account to reach the final result in which presents a solution to the problem posed pretending to achieve to meet the needs of potential users.

En el presente trabajo se desarrolla un proyecto arquitectónico el cual tiene como finalidad la construcción de un inmueble que cuente con las instalaciones adecuadas y que proporcione servicio de guardería y preescolar para hijos de padres y madres trabajadores de escasos recursos y sin ningún tipo de prestación social con el fin de favorecer la participación activa de los padres de familia y al mismo tiempo beneficiar a los menores al brindarles atenciones y cuidados para la estimulación y desarrollo de su aprendizaje desde edad temprana. El trabajo comienza a desarrollarse al presentarse la problemática que actualmente existe en el municipio de La Piedad al no cubrir la demanda existente de falta de espacios para la atención y cuidado de los infantes. A partir de ahí se empiezan a plantear las soluciones y los objetivos que se pretenden alcanzar para dicha problemática, comenzando aquí el trabajo de investigación que va desde los aspectos socio-culturales, físico-geográfico, normativas, el análisis del usuario y los espacios del proyecto y sus necesidades hasta la conceptualización y desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico. Como resultado del trabajo de investigación se presenta el proyecto con su planimetría correspondiente, en el cual se puede observar algunos de los aspectos de la investigación que se tomaron en cuenta para llegar al resultado final en el cual se presenta una solución a la problemática planteada pretendiendo lograr satisfacer las necesidades de los posibles usuarios.
