Recinto gastronómico para el municipio de Churumuco de Morelos, Michoacán

Abstract

Through the investigation we comply with the provisions of the regulatory law of the UMNSH according to the rules of the Faculty of Architecture stipulated in its regulations so that the architect plays a good work role and is integrated into the national productive life is necessary the "Professional Title" which means the culmination of an academic stage, where various degree options are offered; Therefore, develop the thesis topic “Recinto Gastronómico para el municipio de Churumuco de Morelos” to cover thus the social aspect that in this academic institution demands. We have approached the H. Town hall of Churumuco so that through the Department of Public Works, interests are indicated and urgent problems that are to be addressed. Based on the urban development plan, and taking into account the primary interests of the municipality has selected the project of a Gastronomic Campus, which covers the needs and tourist and economic interests of the municipality, which, with the help of the preparatory school and the ejidal personnel, the land was provided for the projection of the culinary project. The Municipality of Churumuco is located in the Southeast of the State of Michoacán and the municipal seat is located in the coordinates 18˚39’49.26’’ of north latitude and 101˚38’48.23” of west longitude at a height of 202 msnm (location of the main garden of the locality); It limits to the northeast with the Municipality of Turicato (097), to the west with the municipality of La Huacana (035), to the east with the Municipality of Huetamo (038), to the southwest with the Municipality of Arteaga (010) and to the south with the State of Guerrero. The municipal seat, "Churumuco de Morelos" is known for its great production of mojarra and the diversity of gastronomic dishes that derive from it as is the mojarra with oil sauce, ceviche, in aluminum, in broth, roasted or fried. The mojarra has been the sustenance of several river peoples, who capture it for direct consumption or to market it.

A través de la investigación damos cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la ley reglamentaria de la UMNSH de acuerdo a las normas de la Facultad de Arquitectura que estipula en su reglamento para que el arquitecto desempeñe un buen papel laboral y se integre a la vida productiva nacional es necesario el “Título Profesional” que significa la culminación de una etapa académica, donde se ofrecen diversas opciones de titulación; por ello desarrolle como tema de tesis el “Recinto Gastronómico para el municipio de Churumuco de Morelos” para cubrir así el aspecto social que en esta institución académica demanda. Nos hemos acercado al H. Ayuntamiento de Churumuco para que a través del Departamento de Obras Publicas se nos indique los intereses y problemas urgentes que están por atender. Basados en el plan de desarrollo urbano, y tomando en cuenta los intereses primordiales del municipio se ha seleccionado el proyecto de un Recinto Gastronómico, el cual cubra las necesidades e intereses turísticos y económicos del municipio, que, con ayuda de la escuela preparatoria y el personal ejidal, se aportó el terreno para la proyección del proyecto gastronómico. El Municipio de Churumuco se localiza en la zona Sureste del Estado de Michoacán y la cabecera municipal se localiza en las coordenadas 18˚39’49.26’’ de latitud norte y 101˚38’48.23’’ de longitud oeste a una altura de 202 msnm (ubicación del jardín principal de la localidad); Limita al noreste con el Municipio de Turicato (097), al oeste con el municipio de La Huacana (035), al este con el Municipio de Huetamo (038), al suroeste con el Municipio de Arteaga (010) y al sur con el Estado de Guerrero. La cabecera municipal, “Churumuco de Morelos” es reconocido por su gran producción de mojarra y por la diversidad de platillos gastronómicos que se derivan de ella, como es la mojarra con salsa de aceite, cebiche, en aluminio, en caldo, asadas o fritas. La mojarra ha sido el sustento de varios pueblos rivereños, quienes la capturan para su consumo directo o para comercializarla.
