Abstract

This thesis project entitled "recreational center for blind and visually impaired people" was carried out in a land proposed by the developer located on the extension of the aqueduct avenue in the port of good view colony of the city of Morelia. This project covers a thesis protocol with its research stage, thus supporting the sustenance for a project that aims to design recreational spaces for blind and visually impaired people as well as the investigation of buildings that are dedicated to addressing visual disabilities and how they landed. problems and their solution in the building, as well as a study of the historical, urban, climatic environment. Taking the theoretical project to something constructible generated a set of architectural plans. Studies of the spatial context of the land were carried out to use a better buildable proposal on the property, in which they tried to counteract the environmental problems inside the building providing welfare for the visitors, as well as the social study was carried out through interviews for the main needs of people with visual disabilities. The project is integrated by a set of plans such as its architectural design, finishes, structural proposal, hydro-sanitary, electrical and special Braille signage systems, as well as a proposal of floor treatments for the use of the white cane inside the building in the that is, they can guide people with disabilities so they do not have obstacles in their way. This project could give greater added value to the place due to the nature of the building, trying to make it have an inclusive function, as well as give a visual and urban enhancement to the area, which is currently in constant growth.

Este proyecto de tesis titulado “centro recreativo para personas ciegas y débiles visuales” se realizó en un terreno propuesto por el promotor ubicado sobre la ampliación de la avenida acueducto en la colonia puerto de buena vista de la ciudad de Morelia. Dicho proyecto abarca desde un protocolo de tesis con su etapa de investigación fundamentando así el sustento para un proyecto que tiene como finalidad diseñar espacios recreativos para personas ciegas y débiles visuales así como la investigación de edificios que se dedican a atender discapacidades visuales y como aterrizaron los problemas y su solución en el edificio, así como un estudio del ámbito histórico, urbano, climático. Llevando el proyecto teórico a algo construible generado un conjunto de planos arquitectónicos. Se realizaron estudios del contexto espacial del terreno para emplear una mejor propuesta edificable sobre el predio, en el cual se trataron de contrarrestar los problemas ambientales dentro del edificio proporcionando bienestar para los visitantes, así como también se llevó acabo el estudio social por medio de entrevistas para las necesidades principales de las personas con discapacidad visual. El proyecto está integrado por un conjunto de planos como son su diseño arquitectónico, acabados, propuesta estructural instalaciones hidrosanitaria, eléctrica y sistemas especiales de señalética en Braille, así como una propuesta de tratamientos de pisos para el uso del bastón blanco dentro del edificio en el que sea puedan guiar las personas con discapacidad para no tener obstáculos en su camino. Este proyecto podría dar mayor plusvalía al lugar debido a la índole del edificio, tratando que este tenga una función inclusiva, así como dar un realce visual y urbano a la zona, que actualmente se encuentra en constante crecimiento.
