Abstract

This project integrates the current need of the administration in matters of public attention by the treasury in a strategic location in the University City, since the institution is exceeded by the increase of students who currently enter the institution by which it requires a new building that meets the needs of each student and teacher. The thesis of the Treasury of the Michoacán University of San Nicolás de Hidalgo was carried out with the purpose of obtaining the title of Architect, as well as the fulfillment of the university community. In the project we contemplated and collected different data such as Social, Historical, Physical, Geographic, Urban, Normative, Function and Formal aspects. The new building was proposed in the University City and a detailed analysis of the important aspects of the physical environment of the City of Morelia to achieve a contemporary and comfortable design for the different people who come to the property.

El presente proyecto contempla la modernización, con un estilo contemporáneo y centralización de las oficinas de la Tesorería de la Universidad Michoacana, en el predio de Ciudad Universitaria contado con más espacio para estacionamientos, accesos, en una localización estratégica, ya que actualmente se encuentran dispersas en el centro histórico, teniendo que recurrir a varias sedes, con la problemática que implica el acceso al centro histórico como en tránsito, falta de estacionamientos, las demoras y las tomas. Otra ventaja que ofrece este proyecto es que todos los tramites se pueden realizar en una sede los que simplifica tramites, desplazamientos, optimización de los recursos humano y materiales entre otras. Se proyecta la localización a un costado del edificio del CIAC, lo que contribuye sumar ahorros en rentas en edificio en el centro histórico.
