Proyecto constructivo AMI: auditorio multiusos en Indaparapeo Michoacán

Abstract

The multipurpose auditorium project in Indaparapeo, Michoacán, represents a building of sport typology, in which, mainly, it has been designed to house the events and competitions of basketball and volleyball mainly, which are the best known by the population and practiced. Its design intention, responds to that it can be used not only by sporting events, but also, because of its multi-use condition; that can also be presented in the cultural, social events, etc., making their space manage to respond to a wider range of population of the municipality. Within the design strategies, the main idea was to stay within important aspects such as: generating a roof that allows ventilation and natural lighting to the interior without direct solar incidence, keeping the project in a low urban profile by taking advantage of the slopes of the ground through platforms and so avoid having too much height with respect to its context, create a good relationship and interaction of interior - exterior so as not to generate a space that feels confined, use of materials that look for a sobriety in the project taking advantage of its apparent finish, achieving so low cost finishes, little maintenance leaving spaces almost natural in their materials. Another important aspect in the project is universal access, this achieved through the design of ramp systems so that anyone can reach each of the spaces and elements that make up the auditorium. The use of eco-technologies is also sought to make the audience friendlier with its surroundings by taking advantage of the natural resources at its disposal. The last important aspect is the integration of the project with its surroundings, where an interconnection with public spaces that are dispersed from the population center can be achieved and that with this they will be able to connect.

El proyecto de auditorio multiusos en indaparapeo, michoacán, representa un edificio de tipología deportiva, en el cual, principalmente ha sido diseñado para albergar los eventos y competencias de basquetbol y voleibol principalmente, que son los más conocidos por la población y en su caso practicados. su intención de diseño, responde a que pueda ser usado no solo por eventos deportivos, si no, por su condición de multi-usos; que también puedan presentarse en el evento cultural, sociales, etc., haciendo que su espacio logre responder a un rango más amplio de población del municipio. Dentro de las estrategias de diseño, la idea principal era mantenerse dentro de aspectos importantes como son: generar una cubierta que permita ventilación e iluminación natural al interior sin incidencia solar directa, mantener el proyecto en un perfil urbano bajo al aprovechar las pendientes del suelo mediante plataformas y así evitar que tenga demasiada altura respecto a su contexto, crear una buena relación e interacción de interior – exterior para no generar un espacio que de sensación de encerrado, uso de materiales que busquen una sobriedad en el proyecto aprovechando su acabado aparente, logrando así acabados de bajo costo, poco mantenimiento dejando los espacios casi al natural en sus materiales. Otro aspecto importante en el proyecto es el acceso universal, esto logrado a partir de diseño de sistemas de rampas para que cualquier persona pueda llegar a cada uno de los espacios y elementos que componen el auditorio. También se busca el aprovechamiento de ecotecnias para hacer más amigable el auditorio con su entorno aprovechando los recursos naturales a su disposición. El último aspecto importante es la integración del proyecto con su entorno, donde se puede lograr una interconexión con espacios públicos que están dispersos del centro de población y que con esto lograran conectarse.
