Construcción de estancia infantil en Los Reyes, Michoacán

Abstract

In our subject of children's thesis, there is talk, only the need to create a space in Los Reyes, Michoacan, for the care of the children of mothers who work and do not have social security, which is a large percentage of people, we talked about the fauna flora, the climate of the city, as well as the north location and the winds according to the orientation of our land provided by the municipality, and the best conditions in the building are proposed. We talk about the rules that a child's stay should follow, examples of projects, which help us create our own architectural program. The architectural, structural, installations and finishes of our project are presented.

En nuestro tema de tesis estancia infantil se habla, solo la necesidad de crear un espacio en los reyes Michoacán, para el cuidado de los hijos de madres que trabajan y no cuentan con seguro social, el cual es un gran porcentaje de personas, hablábamos sobre la flora fauna, el clima de la ciudad, así como la ubicación norte y los vientos según la orientación de nuestro terreno proporcionado por ayuntamiento, y se proponen las mejores condiciones en el edificio. Se habla sobre las normativas que debe seguir una estancia infantil, ejemplos de proyectos, los cuales nos ayudan a crear nuestro propio programa arquitectónico. Se presentan los planos arquitectónicos, estructurales, instalaciones, asi como acabados de nuestro proyecto.
