Abstract

The present document supports and justifies the development of the Architectural Project of Hotel Boutique in the town of Tzintzuntzan, Michoacán, understood as a boutique hotel, as a commercial guesthouse, limited to a maximum of 30 rooms, characterized mainly by offering a deal customized to the customer. It is structured based on a methodology, which consists of two parts; the analytical phase; where information is collected necessary to analyze the problem from different approaches (socio-culture, physical-geographical, legal framework, urban approach, technical-normative, etc.) and the synthetic phase; that lands all the information collected, this part includes from the design process to the completion of the executive project.

En el presente escrito se respalda y justifica, la elaboración del Proyecto Arquitectónico de Hotel Boutique en la localidad de Tzintzuntzan, Michoacán, entiéndase Hotel boutique, como un establecimiento comercial de hospedería, limitado a un máximo de 30 habitaciones, caracterizado principalmente por ofrecer un trato personalizado al cliente. Está estructurado en base a una metodología, que consta de dos partes; la fase analítica; donde se recauda información necesaria para analizar el problema desde distintos enfoques (socio-cultura, físico-geográfico, marco legal, enfoque urbano, técnico-normativo, etc.) y la fase sintética; que aterriza toda la información recaudada, ésta parte comprende desde el proceso de diseño hasta la finalización del proyecto ejecutivo.
