Abstract

A space for artistic and educational activities is a learning environment that helps foster and strengthen the social development of attendees. This document offers the analysis of the site, the theme and the type of building. Posing the existing problem in relation to the rupture of the social fabric, so that it affects the cultural aspects and traditions of the population; Likewise, it defines a support for the solution of the problem based on a building and adequate spaces for workshops to be carried out to help transmit the traditions and customs of the municipality, maintaining the identity of society; helping to rebuild the social fabric and increasing the levels of schooling currently available. The land on which the project will be carried out is analyzed, it contains an architectural project and the approach of the executive project based on design criteria.

Un espacio para actividades artísticas y educativas es un ambiente de aprendizaje que ayuda a fomentar y fortaleces el desarrollo social de los asistentes. Este documento ofrece el análisis del sitio, del tema y del tipo de edificación. Planteando la problemática existente con relación a la ruptura del tejido social, de modo que llega a afectar los aspectos culturales y las tradiciones de la población; así mismo define un apoyo a la solución de la problemática a base de una edificación y espacios adecuados para que se lleven a cabo los talleres que ayudaran a transmitir las tradiciones y costumbres del municipio, manteniendo la identidad de la sociedad; auxiliando a la reconstrucción del tejido social y aumentando los niveles de escolaridad con los que se cuenta actualmente. Se analiza el terreno en el que se llevara a cabo el proyecto, contiene proyecto arquitectónico y el planteamiento del proyecto ejecutivo con base a criterios de diseño.
