Abstract

During a long time, Street market has been the mail merchandising spot of a great variety of perishable food products such as, fruits, vegetables, legumes, meat eggs, dairy and any, type of grocery shopping. Originally these street markets gathers merchants and salesmen to improve commercial ventures therefore this gives an urban look to these street this markets. It brings harmony and better local view to these street shopping.

Los mercados públicos fueron durante mucho tiempo los principales centros de comercialización de productos perecederos como frutas, legumbres, verduras, lácteos, carne, huevo, comida y abarrotes. Tradicionalmente el mercado ha sido el lugar donde se reúnen vendedores y comerciantes para realizar operaciones comerciales por esto es importante la imagen urbana de estos lugares tanto como para la armonía y edificación del lugar.
