Diseño de jardín vecinal del conjunto habitacional "Valle de los Reyes" en Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

This project is the result of the analysis to the donation area contained between the Presa de Cointzio and Presa de la Angostura streets in Valle de Los Reyes Housing Complex. Nowadays this area has not fulfilled any use, despite being necessary to cover the recreation and leisure needs of the inhabitants of the Housing Complex. It is currently in a neglected state and inaccessible to people, due to the presence of rocks (product of construction leftovers). the untidy growth of the grass, the litter contained and the small insects that inhabit the space. The results of the analysis are synthesized and organized in six sections to end with a seventh section that contains the project proposal to give solution and use to the space, providing not only a much cleaner and more useful space but one that invites recreation, good habits and neighborhood coexistence.

Este proyecto es resultado del análisis al área de donación contenida entre las calles Presa de Cointzio y Presa de la Angostura dentro del Conjunto Habitacional Valle de Los Reyes. Dicha área no ha cumplido con algún uso hasta la fecha, a pesar de ser necesaria para cubrir las necesidades de recreación y ocio de los habitantes del Conjunto Habitacional. Actualmente se encuentra en estado descuidado e inaccesible para las personas, debido a la presencia de rocas (producto de las sobras de construcción). el crecimiento desordenado del césped, la basura contenida y los pequeños insectos que habitan el espacio. Los resultados del análisis son sintetizados y organizados en seis apartados para finalizar con un séptimo apartado que contiene la propuesta de proyecto para dar solución y uso al terreno, brindando no sólo un espacio mucho más limpio y útil sino uno que invita a la recreación, buenos hábitos y convivencia vecinal.
