Reubicación de las oficinas administrativas de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Obras Públicas en Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

This thesis develops the situational approach of the project Relocation of the administrative offices of the Ministry of Communications and Public Works, in Morelia, Michoacán; addressing the need for optimal spaces to improve the quality and work performance of users. The process carried out begins with a situational analysis of the current facilities to understand and know the problem of said project, as well as the needs of the user. The background of the typology of the project is also known, as well as the characteristics of the land taking into account the physical - geographical and urban context of the site; the corresponding regulations are analyzed, all this contributed to face the needs of the project and make strategic decisions to solve the problem.

En la presente tesina se desarrolla el planteamiento situacional del proyecto Reubicación de las oficinas administrativas de la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Obras Públicas, en Morelia, Michoacán; haciendo frente a la necesidad de contar con espacios óptimos para mejorar la calidad y el rendimiento laboral de los usuarios. El proceso llevado a cabo comienza con un análisis situacional de las instalaciones actuales para entender y conocer la problemática de dicho proyecto, así mismo se analizan las necesidades del usuario. Se dan a conocer los antecedentes de la tipología del proyecto, también, las características del terreno tomando en cuenta el contexto físico – geográfico y urbano del sitio; se analizan las normativas correspondientes, todo ello contribuyo para hacer frente a las necesidades del proyecto y tomar decisiones estratégicas a la solución de la problemática.
