Centro de capacitación laboral para la mujer en Morelia

Abstract

In view of the need to improve the quality of life of women living in the northwest area of the city of Morelia, a project is proposed to improve their conditions in the workplace, and where economic development is also promoted. The project presented here is a job training center for women that offers the necessary tools for self-employment, and entrepreneurship, and where the values of integrity, responsibility, independence and leadership are fostered. The project is designed to house practical workshops, teaching classrooms, administrative spaces, spaces that allow the exhibition of products and spaces that allow the execution of urban agriculture, necessary for the self-sufficiency of the center. With the ideal of generating employment sources, flexible spaces are designed to increase the creation of microenterprises and activities are implemented to achieve the goal of directing women to economic self-sufficiency. The building is designed to efficiently take advantage of the physical and climatic conditions of the place, and where systems are implemented to reduce the environmental impact, but also take into consideration the built environment and the natural environment.

Ante la necesidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de las mujeres que viven en la zona noroeste de la ciudad de Morelia se propone un proyecto para mejorar sus condiciones en el mundo laboral, y donde paralelamente se fomenta el desarrollo económico. El proyecto que aquí se presenta es un centro de capacitación laboral para la mujer que ofrece las herramientas necesarias para el autoempleo, y el emprendedurismo, y donde se fomentan los valores de integridad, responsabilidad, independencia y liderazgo. El proyecto está diseñado para albergar talleres prácticos, aulas de enseñanza, espacios administrativos, espacios que permiten la exhibición de los productos y espacios que permitan la ejecución de la agricultura urbana, necesaria para la autosuficiencia del centro. Con el ideal de la generación de fuentes de empleo se diseña espacios flexibles para aumentar la creación de microempresas y se implementan actividades para lograr encaminar a las mujeres a la autosuficiencia económica. La edificación ésta diseñado para aprovechar de manera eficiente las condiciones físicas y climatológicas del lugar, y donde se implementan sistemas para reducir el impacto ambiental, pero además se toma en consideración el entorno construido y el medio natural.
