Abstract

Over the years the customs of the people have been changing, there are currently many entertainments or hobbies that people prefer to carry out, leaving aside recreation, culture and sports. The objective of this project is that it can be built so that the inhabitants of Villas del Pedregal have more opportunity to carry out an activity of their interest. This thesis has information about the project being developed and about the user to whom it is aimed. The first part shows the problem and the justification of why it is necessary to build a recreation space in a place where there are more than 30,000 inhabitants, its historical content is from the origin of the subject, its current frame of reference, nationwide, state and local. About the site he tells us about the weather, the urban equipment and the existing infrastructure, the regulations that must be considered for the previous design of the project are also mentioned. In the development of the proposal shows us, the design process, the architectural proposal and the planimetry necessary to perform.

A lo largo de los años las costumbres de la gente han ido cambiando, actualmente existen muchos entretenimientos o hobbies que las personas preferimos llevar a cabo, dejando a un lado la recreación, la cultura y el deporte. El objetivo de este proyecto es que se pueda llegar a construir para que los habitantes de Villas del Pedregal tengan más oportunidad de realizar alguna actividad de su interés. Esta tesis cuenta con información sobre el proyecto que se desarrolla y sobre el usuario a quien va dirigido. Como primer parte se muestra la problemática y la justificación del porque es necesario la construcción de un espacio de recreación en un sitio donde hay más de 30,000 habitantes, su contenido histórico es desde el origen del tema, su marco de referencia actual, a nivel nacional, estatal y local. Sobre el sitio nos habla de la climatología, el equipamiento urbano y la infraestructura existente, también se menciona la normativa que se debe considerar para el previo diseño del proyecto. En el desarrollo de la propuesta nos muestra, el proceso de diseño, la propuesta arquitectónica y la planimetría necesaria para realizarse.
