Centro demostrativo de ecotecnias en Morelia

Abstract

The architecture thesis project “Ecological Techniques Demonstrative Center” within the university campus of the UNAM National School of Higher Studies Unit Morelia, is part of the institution’s efforts to promote sustainability; Therefore, a sustainable architectural design is proposed that is appropriate to the conditions of the geographical environment, where eco-technology is applied and that allows us to see and demonstrate the advantages of this approach in architectural design. In the proposed design methodology, a historical, social, cultural, geographic, anthropometric reference framework is established, until the design strategies, plans and / or relevant actions are defined in order to also graphically show the application of these strategies for the use of sustainable housing through eco-technologies, so that the population of this city knows different ways of maintaining the daily life of living in their home without affecting the environment.

El proyecto arquitectónico “CENTRO DEMOSTRATIVO DE ECOTECNIAS” dentro del campus universitario de la UNAM Escuela Nacional de Estudios Superiores Unidad Morelia, forma parte de los esfuerzos de la institución para promover la sustentabilidad; por lo tanto, se plantea un diseño arquitectónico sustentable adecuado a las condiciones del medio geográfico, donde se apliquen ecotecnias y que permita ver y demostrar las ventajas de este enfoque en el diseño arquitectónico. En la metodología de diseño propuesta se establece un marco de referencia histórico, social, cultural, geográfico, antropométrico, hasta llegar a definir estrategias de diseño, planes y/o acciones pertinentes para así también mostrar gráficamente la aplicación de estas estrategias para el uso de la vivienda sustentables a través de eco-tecnologías, con la finalidad de que la población de esta ciudad conozca diversas formas de mantener la cotidianidad del habitar en su hogar sin afectar el medio ambiente.
