Plaza gastronómica en Huandacareo Michoacán

Abstract

A gastronomic square is a space where people gather to taste various dishes, these spaces generally have premises where they offer different types of cuisine, each local has its specific turn could be from regional to international food. This type of squares has increased their popularity, since in a single space you can consume different types of gastronomy. Huandacareo is known for its recreational tourism because it has spas where people go to relax or vacation. It is also known for its carnitas which are sold in a gastronomic area and this space is where the project proposal will be presented. In the existing gastronomic center, food and drinks are offered, but this space is located in the street, has health problems, is outdoors where animals lurk around the place, rodents and pests. The water is lacking for the service of the tenants and is not even treated to separate the fats. It has problems of contamination with solid waste and road problems because it is a few meters from the bearing area. In the present research, an analysis of the people is taken into account, encompassing social trends, their economy, climate and ecosystems for their feasibility. The terrain, its context, infrastructure and topography were taken into account for the form of the project. This document deals with a proposal for a Gastronomic Plaza in Huandacareo Michoacan and is composed of four sections, the first of them is the framework of the generalities of the project and talks about the problem of the site the justification of the project and how it will be done.

Una plaza gastronómica es un espacio donde las personas se congregan para degustar diversos platillos, estos espacios generalmente tienen locales donde ofertan diferentes tipos de gastronomía, cada local tiene su giro específico pudiendo ser desde comida regional hasta internacional. Este tipo de plazas han incrementado su popularidad, ya que en un solo espacio puedes consumir diversos tipos de gastronomía. Huandacareo es conocido por su turismo recreativo ya que en él se encuentran balnearios donde la gente va a distraerse o a vacacionar. También es reconocido por sus carnitas las cuales se venden en un área gastronómica y este espacio es en el cual se planteará la propuesta del proyecto. En el centro gastronómico existente, se ofrecen alimentos y bebidas, pero este espacio está situado en la calle, tiene problemas de salubridad, está a la intemperie donde los animales merodean por el lugar, los roedores y plagas. El agua es carente para el servicio de los locatarios e incluso no es tratada para separar las grasas. Tiene problemas de contaminación con residuos sólidos y problemas viales ya que se encuentra a escasos metros de la zona de rodamiento. En la presente investigación se atiende un análisis del pueblo, abarcando tendencias sociales, su economía, el clima y sus ecosistemas para su factibilidad. El terreno, su contexto, infraestructura y topografía se tomaron en cuanta para la forma del proyecto. Este documento trata de una propuesta de Plaza Gastronómica en Huandacareo Michoacán y está integrado por cuatro apartados, el primero de ellos es el marco de las generalidades del proyecto y habla sobre el problema del sitio la justificación del proyecto y como se va a realizar.
