Abstract

The present work aims to contribute to improve the quality of life of the population of the Villas del Pedregal housing complex, located in the southwest of the capital of Michoacán, through a neighborhood improvement program, thus promoting prosperity for the entire population through the urban planning of the neighborhood, its legalization and regularization through the execution of basic infrastructure and equipment works looking to have the active participation of the population. Likewise, to know the conditions, needs and problems existing between the inhabitants and their environment, in order to collect real data on site, in order to proceed to generate feasible, useful and functional projects appropriate to the profile of society, improving coexistence in its environment and collective life.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida de la población del conjunto habitacional Villas del Pedregal, ubicado en el suroeste de la capital michoacana, por medio de un programa de mejoramiento de barrios, fomentando así la prosperidad para toda la población mediante el ordenamiento urbano del barrio, la legalización y regularización del mismo mediante la ejecución de obras de infraestructura básica y equipamiento buscando tener la participación activa de la población. Asimismo, conocer las condiciones, necesidades y problemáticas existentes entre los habitantes y su entorno, con el fin de recabar datos reales en sitio, para así proceder a generar proyectos factibles, útiles y funcionales de adecuado al perfil de la sociedad, mejorando la convivencia en su entorno y vida colectiva.
