Unidad deportiva en San Martín Michoacán

Abstract

Of the 10 major death threats, 5 of these are not communicable diseases, that is, avoidable or controllable only with physical activity. Today people die of being overweight, diabetes hypertension and heart disease, all developed by the apparent and silent virus of sedentary lifestyle. Currently the community of San Martín Michoacán has presented an increase in different negative points that affect the social structure mainly because of the style and culture of life they have. That is why the public works management of the municiapal seat is interested in supporting the community by promoting a complete sports unit that meets the appropriate and complete characteristics, in this way inducing and attracting the population to the physical sports practice in order to reduce the problems that afflict the community.

De las 10 grandes amenazas de mortalidad 5 de estas son enfermedades no transmisibles es decir evitables o controlables solo con actividad física. Hoy en día la gente se mure de sobrepeso, diabetes hipertensión arterial y enfermedades cardiovasculares; todas desarrolladas por el aparente, inocuo, y silencioso virus del sedentarismo. Actualmente la comunidad de San Martín Michoacán ha presentado un aumento en distintos puntos negativos que afectan la estructura social principalmente por el estilo y cultura de vida que tienen. Es por ello que la dirección de obras públicas de la cabecera municipal le interesa apoyar a la comunidad promoviendo una unidad deportiva completa que cumpla con las características adecuadas y completas, de esta manera inducir y atraer a la población a la práctica fisca deportiva y de esta manera disminuir los problemas que aquejan a la comunidad.
