Abstract

This constant work of two parts, the first is an investigation only all the knowledge you need to have to start working on the plans. Similar cases are investigated (similar documents) to find out how they solved a similar problem, a study of the population is also made where the project can be found from their ages, few inhabitants, their jobs, etc. On the other hand, investigate everything related to the land where the project is carried out, such as the soil, its resistance, the services it has (drinking water, electricity, paving, drainage), the means of Transportation to know if it will be accessible to the community. In addition, in this case, because it is something already existing, a study of the current state of the place was carried out in order to know what problems exist. The second constant part of the planimetry, in this section you can find a flow chart, zoning, topographic plans from the natural to the current, current architectural plans and those of modification, you will also find a foundation proposal according to the type of soil that It was found, drawings of metal structures and sanitary, hydraulic, electrical and special facilities and finally a landscaping proposal. At the end of this work, a calculation of luxes (lighting) and a calculation of the parametric cost of the project were carried out.

Este trabajo consta de dos partes, la primera se trata de una investigación solo todos los conocimientos que se necesitan tener para empezar a trabajar en los planos. En esta primera parte se estudia un problema existente y las posibles soluciones para así poder elegir la mejor de todas. Se investigan casos análogos (documentos similares) para saber cómo resolvieron un problema similar, también se hace un estudio de la población donde se va a encontrar el proyecto desde sus edades, cuantos habitantes, sus empleos, etc. Para así sabes el perfil del usuario. Por otra parte, me investiga todo lo relacionado con el terreno donde se llevará a cabo el proyecto, como lo son el suelo, su resistencia, los servicios con los que cuenta (agua potable, luz, pavimentación, drenaje) también se investigan los medios de transporte para saber si será accesible para la comunidad. A demás en este caso por ser algo ya existente se llevó a cabo un estudio del estado actual del lugar para así saber que problemas existen. La segunda parte consta de la planimetría, en este apartado podrás encontrar un diagrama de flujo, zonificación, planos topográficos desde el natural hasta el actual, planos de arquitectónicos actuales y los de modificación, también encontraras una propuesta de cimentación acorde al tipo de suelo que se encontró, planos de estructuras metálicas e instalaciones sanitarias, hidráulicas, eléctricas y especiales y por ultimo una propuesta de jardinería. Al final de este trabajo se realizó un cálculo de luxes (iluminación) y un cálculo del costo paramétrico del proyecto.
