Proyecto de mejoramiento de la Escuela Secundaria Técnica #145 en Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

It is essential that the architect of the 21st century not only be interested in projects with an aesthetic character, the social reason and the positive impact on the people who have to inhabit its architecture are fundamental parts in the decision to carry out the projects. That is why the choice of project with social character for the realization of this work, the analysis towards the users, as well as the pre-existing ones are elements that will define part of the project. The technical high school has the particularity of being located on a very rough terrain, as well as the different classrooms that have been of government programs or donations, hence there is no defined plan for its growth in stages, the proposal is that with what has already been built, the pertinent extensions and improvements can be made to achieve a more adequate school environment for children, the architectural program increases and the areas are comfortable for both students and staff, taking advantage of the slope of the land to build with different levels such as So far they have done it.

Es indispensable que el arquitecto del siglo XXI se interese no solo por proyectos con carácter estético, la razón social y el impacto positivo en las personas que han de habitar su arquitectura son partes fundamentales en la decisión de realizar los proyectos. Es por eso la elección de proyecto con carácter social para la realización de este trabajo, el análisis hacia los usuarios, así como las preexistencias son elementos que definirán parte del proyecto. La escuela secundaria técnica tiene la particularidad de estar situada en un terreno muy accidentado, así como los diferentes salones que han sido de programas gubernamentales o donaciones, de ahí a que no exista un plan definido para su crecimiento por etapas, la propuesta es que con lo ya construido puedan realizarse las ampliaciones y mejoras pertinentes para lograr un ambiente escolar más adecuado para los niños, el programa arquitectónico aumente y las áreas sean de comodidad tanto para alumnos como para el personal, aprovechando la pendiente del terreno para construir con diferentes niveles como hasta ahora lo han hecho.
