Abstract

The general objective of this thesis proposes to solve and improve the public space in the community of Cuitzeo del Porvenir, Michoacán, projecting a Community and Recreational Center, where the community can have a decent space to carry out cultural and recreational activities. For the development of the proposed theme, different factors of great importance for the realization of the architectural complex for the society of Cuitzeo will be taken into account. For this, topics are presented that describe the definition of the topic, problem, justification and also the realization of the appropriate objectives that are proposed for the proposed topic. An analysis of the infrastructure and equipment that the community has, as well as the description of the climatological data and geographical physical aspects is made. In addition to particular aspects of the land on which the future architectural complex is projected. An analysis and reflection of some analogous cases will also be carried out, this to take back some positive aspects and evaluate the existing deficiencies. Based on the above we will know how to integrate the architectural complex into its urban context; This analysis allows us to carry out a project with a cutting-edge design with adequate and functional spaces for the user and thus obtain greater impact on society.

El objetivo general de la presente tesina propone resolver y mejorar el espacio público en la comunidad de Cuitzeo del porvenir, Michoacán, proyectando un Centro Comunitario y recreativo, en donde la comunidad pueda contar con un espacio digno para realizar actividades culturales y recreativas. Para el desarrollo del tema propuesto se tomará en cuenta diferentes factores de suma importancia para la realización del complejo arquitectónico para la sociedad de Cuitzeo. Para ello se presentan temas que describen la definición del tema, problemática, justificación y también la realización de los objetivos adecuados que se plantean para el tema propuesto. Se hace un análisis de la infraestructura y equipamiento que tiene la comunidad así como la descripción de los datos climatológicos y aspectos físicos geográficos. Además de aspectos particulares del terreno en el que se proyecta el futuro complejo arquitectónico. También se realizará un análisis y reflexión de algunos casos análogos, esto para retomar de ellos algunos aspectos positivos y evaluar las carencias existentes. Con base en lo anterior sabremos cómo integrar el complejo arquitectónico a su contexto urbano; este análisis nos permita realizar un proyecto con un diseño de vanguardia con espacios adecuados y funcionales para el usuario y así obtenga mayor impacto en la sociedad.
