Centro cultural y de desarrollo en Villas del Pedregal

Abstract

The project presented corresponds to a Cultural and Development Center in the city of Morelia, Michoacán Mexico. In the neighborhood of Villas del Pedregal, which is an area of population growth on the outskirts of this city and has a very poor quality of life for the inhabitants of the set, to carry out certain analysis and data collection is observed the need for a recreation establishment that allows to carry out different cultural and learning activities that seek to improve the lifestyle and create employment options through learning. According to the context, we can enter the terrain, since we have a photographic tour, which helps us to better understand its environment and to see the needs that its inhabitants now require. The geographic physical data support in the location of the land, to see the feasibility of the climate, type of soil, drainage, water catchment, winds, etc., and an analysis of the vegetation, to which we can require thanks to the support of the Direction Parks and Gardens of Morelia. It is developed on the basis of the idea of generating a building that is representative and proper of the municipality, but without leaving aside the function that this has, for such reason it is taken into account that it is a complex that seeks to generate learning and social development in all senses. Looking for a balance between the care of the environment and the environment, but implementing the new technologies that development has given us. The project has certain peculiarities in terms of technical aspects, some specific to the type of building such as the use of sustainable materials, noise insulation, low environmental impact, zone and renewable, as well as technologies and sensors that allow constant monitoring of the building and data collection to allow an evolution in the operation and activities that are implemented in the Cultural Center. For the dimensional observation of each space we require the perspective, with which we understand the built volumes, as well as the final product of the project, and ending with the planimetry which allows us to understand the distribution of each of its spaces, facilities, furniture and modules.

El proyecto presentado corresponde a un Centro Cultural y de Desarrollo en la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán México. En el fraccionamiento Villas del Pedregal que es una zona de crecimiento poblacional a las periferias de esta ciudad y que presenta una calidad de vida muy deficiente para los habitantes del conjunto, al llevar a cabo ciertos análisis y recolección de datos se observa la necesidad de contar con un establecimiento de esparcimiento que permita el llevar a cabo diferentes actividades culturales y de aprendizaje que buscan mejorar el estilo de vida y crear opciones de empleo por medio de aprendizajes. Conforme al contexto podemos adentrarnos al terreno, ya que contamos con un recorrido fotográfico, que nos ayuda a entender mejor su entorno y ver las necesidades que ahora requieren sus habitantes. Los datos físico geográficos apoyan en la ubicación del terreno, ver la factibilidad del clima, tipo de suelo, desagüe, captación de agua, vientos, etc., y un análisis de la vegetación, a la que podemos requerir gracias al apoyo de la Dirección Parques y Jardines de Morelia. Se desarrolla a base de la idea de generar un edificio que sea representativo y propio del municipio, pero sin dejar de lado la función que este tiene, por tal motivo es que se toma en cuenta que sea un complejo que busque generar aprendizaje y desarrollo social en todos los sentidos. Buscando un equilibrio entre el cuidado del entorno y del medio ambiente, pero implementando las nuevas tecnologías que nos ha brindado el desarrollo. El proyecto tiene ciertas peculiaridades en cuanto a aspectos técnicos, algunos propios del tipo de edificio como son el uso de materiales sustentables, aislantes de ruido, de bajo impacto ambiental, de la zona y renovables, así como tecnologías y sensores que permiten el monitoreo constante de la edificación y la recolección de datos para permitir una evolución en el funcionamiento y en las actividades que se implementan en el Centro Cultural. Para la observación dimensional de cada espacio requerimos de la perspectiva, con lo que entendemos los volúmenes edificados, así como el producto final del proyecto, y finalizando con la planimetría la cual nos permite entender la distribución de cada uno de sus espacios, instalaciones, mobiliario y módulos.
