Abstract

A Community Cultural Center is a space to strengthen capacities and promote unity of people through their participation in cultural, educational and social events, where age has no limits, neither social status and origin, the important thing is to have an active participation of the community for the benefit of their personal and social growth. In this sense, the present work consists in developing as a thesis topic a project architecture called “Community Cultural Center in Villas del Pedregal” in Morelia, Michoacán. Established in the first stage of the housing complex on Av. De la Perla Corner with Olivino Street. Waiting for it to be fully accessible to the inhabitants of each stage. Likewise, the project focuses on offering a series of training, recreational, productive workshops and cultural, that seek to raise the quality of life of users and find alternatives sociocultural that strengthen the social fabric of their community. Looking for the user to appropriate. of the building, as well as, of the public space that will be generated by itself.

Un Centro Cultural Comunitario es un espacio para potencializar las capacidades y fomentar la unidad de las personas mediante su participación en eventos culturales, educativos y sociales, donde la edad no tiene límites, tampoco la condición social y el origen, lo importante es contar con una participación activa de la comunidad para beneficio de su crecimiento personal y social. En ese sentido, el presente trabajo consiste en desarrollar como tema de tesis un proyecto arquitectónico denominado “Centro Cultural Comunitario en Villas del Pedregal” en Morelia, Michoacán. Establecido en la primera etapa del conjunto habitacional sobre la Av. De la Perla esquina con la calle del Olivino. Esperando que sea de total accesibilidad para los habitantes de cada etapa. Así mismo, el proyecto se enfoca en ofrecer una serie de talleres formativos, recreativos, productivos y culturales, que buscan elevar la calidad de vida de los usuarios y encontrar alternativas socioculturales que fortalezcan el tejido social de su comunidad. Buscando que el usuario se apropie del edificio, así como, del espacio público que se generará por sí solo.
