Abstract

The project of REMODELING AND EXTENSION OF THE MUNICIPAL PALACE OF TANCÍTARO MICHOACÁN is projected to meet the needs of the municipality of Tancítaro Michoacán. The thesis document has the sections that support the realization of the project, such as: documentary research, field research development of tables, development of diagrams, resulting from all this research the executive project that involves: architectural plans, foundations, structures, installations, masonry, finishes, gardening, lighting, interior design and 3d images. The REMODELING AND EXTENSION OF THE MUNICIPAL PALACE OF TANCÍTARO MICHOACÁN is the project that aims to end all the deficiencies that the municipal capital has in relation to the administration of the municipality, it is important to solve it so that it is a building composed of comfortable and efficient spaces that they meet the needs of each user, apart from that they must respect the old environment in which it is being developed, not leaving the contemporary aside, it must comply with the perfect harmony between the new and the old.

El proyecto de la REMODELACIÓN Y AMPLIACIÓN DEL PALACIO MUNICIPAL DE TANCÍTARO MICHOACÁN se proyecta para resolver las necesidades que tiene el municipio de Tancítaro Michoacán. El documento de tesis cuenta con los apartados que sustentan la realización del proyecto, tales como: investigación documental, investigación de campo elaboración de tablas, elaboración de diagramas, resultando de toda esta investigación el proyecto ejecutivo que involucra: planos arquitectónicos, cimentación, estructuras, instalaciones, albañilerías, acabados, jardinerías, luminarias, interiorismo e imágenes en 3d. La REMODELACIÓN Y AMPLIACIÓN DEL PALACIO MUNICIPAL DE TANCÍTARO MICHOACÁN es el proyecto que pretende dar fin a todas las carencias que la cabecera municipal tiene en relación a la administración del municipio, es importante resolverlo de forma que sea un edificio integrado por espacios confortables y eficientes que cumplan las necesidades de cada usuarios, aparte de que debe respetar el entorno antiguo en el que se está desarrollando, no dejando lo contemporáneo de lado, debe cumplir con la armonía perfecta entre lo nuevo y lo antiguo.
