Hospitalización, ambiente curativo: ampliación área de encamados del HGZ no.83 IMSS Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The IMSS, as the largest health system in Latin America, offers its services to all countries as an opportunity to acquire a public health service. This factor is key to know the level of health that has the society and the prestige of the institution to provide services. The present work has as objective to show the problematic one that the city of Morelia has in particular with the General Hospital of Zone no.83 Camelinas, which, is in charge of the care, sanitation and treatment of half of the population of the city, Nueva España and Independencia sector and the municipalities of Tancítaro, Tacámbaro, Pátzcuaro and Turicato. The power to create from scratch, an area of Hospitalization (Encamados) that follows the requirements of regulations of the institution and Mexicans that comply with the good infrastructure that patients deserve to receive a quality service. Systems used by countries with better development at health level are used, such as Spain, Brazil, England, United States, whose new concept is to implement spaces with a natural orientation and integration within health facilities that can affect the improvement of the patients as well as the decrease of time of treatments, stay and medicines. Under the influence of intervening at a psychological level and being able to contribute as an architect, help and support in the new systems of operation of hospitals for the improvement of quality of service and hospital stay, acquiring a possibility of a better service, implementing this new concept to the IMSS institution.

El IMSS como sistema de salud más grande de américa latina presta sus servicios a todos los países como una oportunidad de poder adquirir un servicio de salud pública. Este factor es clave para saber el nivel resolutivo de salud que tiene la sociedad y el prestigio de la institución al brindar los servicios. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo mostrar la problemática que tiene la ciudad de Morelia en particular con el Hospital General de Zona no.83 Camelinas, el cual, está a cargo del cuidado, saneamiento y tratamiento de la mitad de la población de la ciudad, sector Nueva España e Independencia y los municipios de Tancítaro, Tacámbaro, Pátzcuaro y Turicato. El poder crear desde cero, un área de Hospitalización (Encamados)que siga las exigencias de normativas de la institución y mexicanas que cumplan con la buena infraestructura que se merecen los pacientes para recibir un servicio de calidad. Se emplean sistemas utilizados por los países con mejor desarrollo a nivel salud como, España, Brasil, Inglaterra, Estados Unidos, cuyo nuevo concepto se rige en implementar espacios con una orientación e integración natural dentro del establecimiento de salud que puedan repercutir en el mejoramiento de los pacientes, así como la disminución de tiempo de tratamientos, estadía y medicamentos. Bajo la influencia de intervenir a nivel psicológico y poder aportar como arquitecto, ayuda y apoyo en los nuevos sistemas de operación de los hospitales para el mejoramiento de calidad del servicio y estadía hospitalaria, adquiriendo una posibilidad de un servicio mejor, implementando este nuevo concepto a la institución IMSS.
