Abstract

The urban equipment within a city is something essential for its proper functioning, this research is carried out to identify the existing deficiencies within the civil protection and fire system of the city of Morelia and generate a project to provide a solution, since due to the constant development of the city this system has been overcome, causing a problem in the efficiency of civil protection services in the city. Based on the investigation of different aspects such as: historical aspects, geographical aspects, social aspects, normative aspects, etc. It is proposed to generate an architectural project that provides a solution to the infrastructure problems in the city, thus generating the proposal for a fire station strategically located in the city that can support existing stations and thus together strengthen the institution. . Strengthening the civil protection and fire protection system of the city of Morelia is essential to be able to face all kinds of emergencies, natural disasters, or any situation that endangers society, and thus be able to provide safety and well-being to the general population.

El equipamiento urbano dentro de una ciudad es algo indispensable para su correcto funcionamiento, la presente investigación se realiza para identificar las deficiencias existentes dentro del sistema de protección civil y bomberos de la ciudad de Morelia y generar un proyecto para darles solución, ya que debido al constante desarrollo de la ciudad este sistema se ha visto superado, provocando una problemática en la eficiencia de los servicios de protección civil en la ciudad. Basado en la investigación de diferentes aspectos como: aspectos históricos, aspectos geográficos, aspectos sociales, aspectos normativos etc. se plantea generar un proyecto arquitectónico que dé solución a los problemas de infraestructura en la ciudad, de esta manera se genera la propuesta de una estación de bomberos ubicada estratégicamente en la ciudad que pueda dar apoyo a las estaciones existentes y así en conjunto fortalecer la institución. Fortalecer el sistema de protección civil y bomberos de la ciudad de Morelia resulta indispensable para poder afrontar todo tipo de emergencias, desastres naturales, o cualquier situación que ponga en peligro a la sociedad, y así poder brindar la seguridad y bienestar a la población en general.
