Nueva unidad de medicina familiar en Morelia Michoacán U.M.F. 10 + 5 Consultorios IMSS

Abstract

This thesis consists of the design and development of a new Family Medicine Unit 10 + 5 clinics in order to expand the coverage and quality of Services to their eligibility of the Mexican Institute of Social Security in the city of Morelia Michoacán, meeting the demand and the need for a specific area of the city. The project is conceived to carry out integrally with the fundamentals of green building and the application of technological innovations in the field of digitization and information technology, attached to the current institutional image. In the document you can find the investigation of the site to intervene in this way with the antecedents of family medicine in Morelia, analogous case analysis, which help to give a better approach to the project and which justify the development of the design proposal which is presented through the execution of the executive project. A dialogue is established between the formal logic of the building and the environment destined to create volumes generating a formal-symbolic character, capturing the visuals of the exterior, and they are modeled according to the orientations, which at the same time contain spaces that invariably obey the function and the operation of the various components of furniture and equipment.

La presente tesis consta del diseño y desarrollo de una nueva Unidad de Medicina Familiar 10+5 consultorios con objeto de ampliar la cobertura y la calidad de Servicios a su derechohabiencia del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social en la ciudad de Morelia Michoacán, atendiendo la demanda y la necesidad de una zona en específico de la ciudad. El proyecto es concebido para realizarse integralmente con los fundamentos de la edificación sustentable y la aplicación de innovaciones tecnológicas en el campo de la digitalización e informática, apegados a la imagen Institucional vigente. En el documento se puede encontrar la investigación del sitio a intervenir así con los antecedentes de la medicina familiar en Morelia, análisis de casos análogos, que ayudan a dar un mejor enfoque del proyecto y que justifican el desarrollo de la propuesta de diseño la cual es presentada por medio de la realización del proyecto ejecutivo. Se establece un dialogo entre la lógica formal del edificio y el entorno creando volúmenes generando un carácter formal-simbólico, captando las visuales del exterior, y se modelan según las orientaciones, que al mismo tiempo contienen espacios que obedecen invariablemente a la función destinada y la operación de los distintos componentes de mobiliario y equipo.
