Vivienda modular prefabricada: redensificación y revitalización del centro histórico de Morelia, Michoacán, a través del aprovechamiento de azoteas

Abstract

Humans have always looked for ways to improve our lifestyle with it a very important aspect of “living.” Over time, several changes in housing and the way of living have emerged. Human beings constantly change and with it everything that forms us. It is curious to see how the way of thinking affects the way of living, paying attention to the aesthetic, material, comfort and what we have always longed for. While we know that human beings are a set of memories, memories, experiences and so on. Which we take care to keep in mind every day, is like a color, a space, some activity represents us in its entirety and manage to keep it in mind and be able to go back to childhood or some important stage of our life. This is how housing, the place where we spend most of the time becomes an important factor for every human being. In the capital of the state of Michoacan, specifically in the historical center of the city, there is an air of memories, of history, there is no way in which we travel the streets without feeling that pride of preserving the heritage. However, as human beings evolve, housing and everything around us, the use of land in the historic center also evolves. The following document shows an investigation and proposal for the redensification of the historical center and the revitalization of the same, after living the experience of traveling its streets and colonies with an open mind to the social phenomena that lead to the evolution of the way of living the center historical.

Los seres humanos desde siempre hemos buscado la manera de mejorar nuestro estilo de vida, con ello un aspecto muy importante el de “habitar”. Al pasar del tiempo han surgido varios cambios en la vivienda y la forma de habitar. Los seres humanos cambiamos constantemente y con ello todo lo que nos forma. Es curioso ver como la forma de pensar repercute en la forma de habitar, prestando le atención a lo estético, a lo material, al confort y lo que siempre hemos anhelado. Si bien sabemos que los seres humanos somos un conjunto de memorias, recuerdos, experiencias etcétera, las cuales nos en cargamos de tener presentes día a día, es así como un color, un espacio, alguna actividad nos representa en su totalidad y lograr tenerla presente y poder remontarnos a la infancia o alguna etapa importante de nuestra vida. Es así como la vivienda, el lugar donde pasamos la mayoría del tiempo se convierte en un factor importante para cada ser humano. En la capital del estado de Michoacán, específicamente en el centro histórico de la ciudad, se respira un aire de recuerdos, de historia, no hay manera en la que recorramos las calles sin sentir ese orgullo de preservar el patrimonio. Sin embargo, así como los seres humanos evolucionamos, la vivienda y todo lo que nos rodea, el uso de suelo en el centro histórico también evoluciona. El siguiente documento muestra una investigación y propuesta para la redensificación del centro histórico y la revitalización del mismo, tras vivir la experiencia de recorres sus calles y colonias con la mente abierta a los fenómenos sociales que llevan a la evolución de la forma de vivir el centro histórico.
