Abstract

In the city of Zitácuaro, the lack of urban equipment for the emergency area is insufficient, therefore the creation of spaces that support civil protection in these areas is of vital importance. Next, the creation of a fire station will be presented., for the coordination of projects and works in Zitácuaro, Michoacán As a starting point, the theme of the design concept by which the architecture of the building and its surroundings will be governed was addressed, making use of brutalist architecture and based on strength and solidity, in this way we sought to potentiate the finishes and shapes of the station, for this it is necessary to form an architectural program that is capable of covering the needs taking as reference the different regulations in force in the state of Michoacán, as well as investigations of the site and its climatic aspects, among others. The project emerged as a response to the creation of a functional space in the area of civil protection, as well as emergencies, taking these spaces from a different perspective, creating a flexible, adaptable and portable architecture, strengthening the architecture of the place. Throughout this thesis, a project capable of responding to different environments, while addressing issues related to the environment, materials, costs etc.

En la ciudad de Zitácuaro la falta de equipamiento urbano destinada al área de emergencias es insuficiente, por ello la creación de espacios que apuesten por la protección civil en estas áreas es de vital importancia, a continuación, se presentara la creación de una estación de bomberos, para la coordinación de proyectos y obras de Zitácuaro, Michoacán. Como punto de partida se abordó el tema del concepto de diseño por el cual estará regido la arquitectura del edificio y sus alrededores, haciendo uso de la arquitectura –Brutalista- y tomando como base la fuerza y solides de esta manera se buscó potencializar los acabados y la formas de la estación, para esto es necesario elaborar un programa arquitectónico que sea capaz de cubrir las necesidades tomando como referencia los distintos reglamentos vigentes del estado de Michoacán, así como investigaciones del sitio y sus aspectos climáticos entre otros. El proyecto, surgió como respuesta a la creación de un espacio funcional en el área de la protección civil, así como de emergencias, retomando estos espacios de una perspectiva diferente, creando una arquitectura flexible, adaptable y portable, fortaleciendo la arquitectura del lugar. A lo largo de esta tesis se muestra un proyecto capaz de responder a distintos entornos, al mismo tiempo abordando temas relacionados con el medio ambiente, materiales, costos etc.
