Centro multicultural bicentenario

Abstract

The present thesis is the development of the project; Multicultural center in the city of Morelia, which has a theoretical investigation also, an architectural project. This project will be placed on Bicentenario Avenue, Bicentenario zone, in the city of Morelia, Michoacán. It contains the problematic in the approaching chapters, antecedents and direct relations according to the project, contextual information and the project rationale concept, also some annexes about the project that was under researching. Seeking to satisfy the needing of users, by planning a cultural space, where it would serve as an educational spot for the humankind, also as a top-point as a reference for the city, through the attraction that might be generated by the building itself. Owing to the city does not have many buildings that would be quite enough alike. However, this might be supported by the vanguardist design that would penetrate the surrounding directly, also having more pregnancy on humankind's mind.

La presente tesis es el desarrollo de un proyecto; Centro multicultural en la ciudad de Morelia, el cual cuenta con una investigación teórica así mismo como con un proyecto arquitectónico, dicho proyecto estará ubicado en la avenida Bicentenario, colonia Bicentenario en la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán. Cuenta con los capítulos de planteamiento de problema, antecedentes y relaciones directas, información contextual, fundamentación del proyecto y anexos. Buscando satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios, con la planificación de un espacio cultural, donde sirva de punto educativo para la sociedad, así mismo como un punto referente de la ciudad, mediante la atracción por su género de edificio, ya que la ciudad no cuenta con los suficientes, así mismo, apoyado de un diseño vanguardista que penetra el contorno directo, y teniendo mayor pregnancia en la mente de la sociedad.
