Abstract

This document is presented to demonstrate the problems found within the city of Tacámbaro based on an investigation and analysis of the same, and because of this finding a solution that has a positive impact on society, helping to reduce in some way the complications that arise. They are living within the selected space. Therefore, it was proposed to implement an architectural project to provide a solution, for which a long time of research and analysis was necessary, with the information collected from different sources, an architectural program was obtained according to the needs of the population and some others to Proposal basis to support you have a little more profit. Then different chapters are presented to be developed in order to understand the development of the project and as a final result was obtained because of all these studies, it consists of several chapters which will be mentioned below Theoretical approach: the background related to the topic of choice and the revision of the problem are taken into account both in antiquity and in the most recent moment that can be found. Contextual determinants: they involve everything related to the selected place, both in its habits, history and economy. Environmental determinants: it is related to the climate, flora and fauna of the place and geographical studies these are determining factors in the design. Urban determinants: these are related to the infrastructure of the place and the necessary basic services. Functional determinants: in this chapter, the user will analyze the program of activities and needs and the relationship of the operation of the future project. Projective interface: it will deal with the design process, the foundation and the current to be followed as well as the proposed structure. Project: finally based on what has been studied, the required planimetries are started.

Este documento se presenta para demostrar la problemática encontrada dentro de la ciudad de Tacámbaro, a base de una investigación y análisis de la misma, y a causa de esta encontrar una solución que tenga un impacto positivo a la sociedad ayudando reducir en cierta manera las complicaciones que se están viviendo dentro del espacio seleccionado. Por lo cual se propuso implementar un proyecto arquitectónico para dar solución, para lo cual fue necesario un largo tiempo de investigación y análisis, con la información recolectada de distintas fuentes se obtuvo un programa arquitectónico, de acuerdo a las necesidades de la población y algunos otros a base de propuesta para apoyar a que tenga un poco más de beneficio. Entonces se presentan distintos capítulos para poder comprender el desarrollo del proyecto y como se obtuvo un resultado final a causa de todos estos estudios, consta de varios capítulos los cuales serán mencionados a continuación Enfoque teórico: se toman en cuenta los antecedentes relacionados con el tema de elección y la revisión del problema tanto en la antigüedad como en el momento más reciente que se puede encontrar. Determinantes contextuales: involucran todo lo relacionado con el lugar seleccionado tanto en hábitos, historia y economía del mismo. Determinantes medioambientales: está relacionado con el clima, flora y fauna del lugar y estudios geográficos estos son determinantes en el diseño. Determinantes urbanas: estas se tratan lo relacionado a la infraestructura del lugar y los servicios básicos necesarios. Determinantes funcionales: en este capítulo se analizará al usuario programa de actividades y necesidades y la relación del funcionamiento del futro proyecto. Interfaz proyectiva: tratará del proceso de diseño la fundamentación y la corriente a seguir, así como la estructura planteada. Proyecto: finalmente con base a lo estudiado se comienza con las planimetrías requeridas.
