Proyecto arquitectónico de guardería infantil en Villas del Pedregal

Abstract

The research carried out on the chosen theme of a nursery school in the Villas de Pedregal subdivision in the city of Morelia Michoacán, belonging to the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) classified as an integrative nursery, for which several data obtained by the population of the same complex giving us the problems that are lacking and that they intend to solve over the years. In this case, the aim is to solve the lack of urban equipment for a nursery, taking into account that there is no similar thing in a radius of eight kilometers, so the beneficiary population will be 10,934 inhabitants of the Villas del Pedregal subdivision and the population of neighboring subdivisions such as: Villas de Loma, La Maestranza, la hacienda, villa magna, etc. It will also provide support for all those children who have a disability, which will also be taken as the reason for the child’s instance in the institution since they will have special care and their treatment is considered in the same way depending on their disability such as: physical or psychological. Considering a radius of eight kilometers there are only two nurseries, which these institutions are public, so they do not provide the same support as proposed in this project, it will have a great impact and support to all these families that need it considering that the majority of The inhabitants are families that have to leave the complex to be able to work, as well as single parents who need this type of support. Conversing with those in charge of the IMSS, it is proposed to create a specialty hospital and in the same way, the children of hospital workers will be cared for. and in this way gradually solve the needs of the population that needs it.

La investigación realizada sobre el tema elegido de una guardería infantil en el fraccionamiento villas de pedreral en la ciudad de Morelia Michoacán, perteneciente al Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) catalogada como una guardería integradora, por lo cual se obtuvieron varios datos obtenidos por la población del mismo complejo dándonos las problemáticas en las que se carece y que pretenden resolver con los pasos de los años. En este caso se pretende resolver la falta de equipamiento urbano de una guardería tomando en cuenta que no existe algo similar en un radio de ocho kilómetros por lo que la población beneficiada será de 10,934 habitantes del fraccionamiento villas del pedregal y población de los fraccionamientos vecinos como: villas de loma, la maestranza, la hacienda, villa magna, etc. También brindará un apoyo para todos esos niños que tengan una discapacidad, la cual también se tendrá como motivo de la instancia del niño en la institución ya que tendrá un cuidado especial y se plantea de la misma forma su trata dependiendo su discapacidad como: física o psicológica. considerando un radio de ocho kilómetros se encuentran solo dos guarderías, las cuales estas instituciones son públicas por lo que no brindan el mismo apoyo como se propone este proyecto, tendrá un gran impacto y apoyo a todas estas familias que lo necesitan considerando que la mayoría de los habitantes son familias que tiene que salir fueras del complejo para poder trabajar, también a los papas solteros que necesiten este tipo de apoyo. Conversando con los encargados del IMSS se propone la realización un hospital de especialidad y de igual forma se atenderá a los hijos de los trabajadores del hospital. y de esta forma ir solventando poco a poco las necesidades de la población que así lo necesite.
