Centro de desarrollo comunitario en Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

The present thesis addresses the topic of the architectural project of a community development center for the large river tree colonies and the union of tabiqueros located in the west of the city of Morelia Michoacán; where the problems faced by the colonies in this area were analyzed, resulting in a social lag as there is an absence toward the service of salud, education, and recreation, resulting in a marginalized area and a vulnerable society. With the analysis toward the zone and having an interaction with the society, a possible solution was reached, having as a result the presence of a Centro of Community Development, since with the disposition of this space would favor the integral development improving the coexistence, creating links between society and gaining learning. All this is in order to support society in order to improve in the face of the marginalization found in many peripheral areas of the city.

En la presente tesis se aborda el tema del proyecto arquitectónico de un centro de desarrollo comunitario para las colonias arboledas del rio grande y unión de tabiqueros localizadas al poniente de la ciudad de Morelia Michoacán; en donde se analizó la problemática que afrontan las colonias de esta zona teniendo como resultado un rezago social ya que se tiene una ausencia hacia el servicio de salud, educación, y recreación, ocasionando una zona marginada y una sociedad vulnerable. Con el análisis hacia la zona y teniendo una interacción con la sociedad se llegó a una posible solución teniendo como resultado la presencia de un Cetro de Desarrollo Comunitario, ya que con la disposición de este espacio se favorecería el desarrollo integral mejorando la convivencia, creando lazos entre la sociedad y obteniendo un aprendizaje. Todo esto con la finalidad de apoyar a la sociedad para tener un mejoramiento ante la marginación que se encuentra en muchas zonas periféricas de la ciudad.
