Proyecto Arquitectónico del mercado municipal en Huandacareo, Michoacán de Ocampo

Abstract

This Thesis, which is presented in order to demonstrate the training, skills and professional practice of those responsible for designing the living space, responsible, with the form and function of the environment in which the company carries out its activity. The exercise consists of adapting to the variations and transformations of society, seeking the adaptation of the technical, economic and social requirements at all times. As students we go through a process of training and professional practice of the architect, as well as the analysis of the existing relationships between them, which is the reason for our study. It is considered a project that provides a solution to a set of problems for benefited users, where this part of this study, some objectives have been established, as well as some previous proposals and hypotheses, which focus the questions to be studied. The design of the research proposes to respond to these proposals and hypotheses from the collection of data and information from two corpus of different nature: first, the writings that support the theoretical framework, obtained through the analysis of texts, documents, regulations and statistics, related to the subject of study, and secondly, the data obtained from the interviews carried out with the agents involved, forming this information, the empirical framework of the analysis. In this way, it is intended to establish the chain of evidence; that is, the explicit relationship between the hypotheses formulated, the data collected and the conclusions, which are related to the initial proposals. The qualitative research method based on the case study will allow us to know, analyze and rigorously assess the object of this thesis, as well as manage and organize the information we obtain.

La presente Tesis, que se presenta es con el fin de demostrar la formación, competencias y ejercicio profesional en cuanto a encargados de diseñar el espacio habitable, responsables, con de la forma y función del entorno en el que la sociedad desarrolla su actividad. El ejercicio consiste en adaptarse a las variaciones y transformaciones de sociedad, buscado la adaptación de los requerimientos técnicos, económicos y sociales en cada momento. Como estudiantes pasamos por un proceso de formación y práctica profesional del arquitecto, así como el análisis de las relaciones existentes entre ellas, el cual es el motivo de nuestro estudio. Se considera un proyecto que da solución a un conjunto de problemáticas para usuarios beneficiados, donde esto parte de un este estudio, se han establecido unos objetivos, así como unas propuestas e hipótesis previas, que centran las cuestiones a estudiar. El diseño de la investigación propone dar respuesta a estas propuestas e hipótesis a partir de la recolección de datos e informaciones provenientes de dos corpus de naturaleza diferente: en primer lugar, los escritos que fundamentan el marco teórico, obtenidos mediante el análisis de textos, documentos, normativas y estadísticas, relacionados con el tema de estudio, y en segundo lugar, los datos obtenidos de las entrevistas realizadas a los agentes involucrados, conformando esta información, el marco empírico del análisis. De esta forma, se pretende establecer la cadena de la evidencia; esto es, la relación explicita entre las hipótesis formuladas, los datos recolectados y las conclusiones, las cuales están relacionadas con las propuestas iniciales. El método cualitativo de investigación basado en el estudio de casos nos permitirá conocer, analizar y valorar de forma rigurosa el objeto de esta tesis, así como gestionar y organizar la información que obtengamos.
