Abstract

The thesis that is called Public Library in Altamirano City, presents the intention of this presented project born from social need followed by a need to support the local population. With this, generating a commitment with the people who are involved in this project and those who will benefit from it. It is intended for the general use of the population, seeking to supply that need. Generate a first-rate public social and cultural activity space that is open and encourages initiatives of intercultural values and participation by the inhabitants. In the same way that it projects a door to information and technology that it will provide to citizens, that is a multi-space open to all social sectors that lead to better development for the society established in this place. An architectural project is sought which benefits and satisfies the needs of the beneficiary population, with modern, optimal and comfortable spaces for the moment of going to obtain the service that the property will provide. It is intended to obtain an adequate development for the document with which a deep and clear knowledge is obtained on the subject and also the proposed solution and everything derived or necessary for the understanding of it; For which the following chapter will be worked: Context, Statement of the problem, Justification, Delimitation of the topic, Objectives, Methodology, Methodological scheme, Scopes, Structure.

El presente documento es para presentar la tesis que lleva por nombre Biblioteca pública en ciudad Altamirano Guerrero, presenta la intención de este proyecto presentado nace de la necesidad social seguida de ella por una necesidad de apoyar a la población del lugar. Con ello generando un compromiso con las personas que están involucradas en este proyecto y aquellas que se verán beneficiadas con el mismo. Está destinado al uso general de la población, buscando abastecer esa necesidad. Generar un espacio público social y de actividad cultural de primer orden, que este abierto y estimule a las iniciativas de valores interculturales y participación por parte de los habitantes. De igual forma que proyecte una puerta a la información y tecnología que este brindara a los ciudadanos, que sea un multiespacio abierto a todos los sectores sociales que conllevan a un mejor desarrollo para la sociedad establecida en este lugar. Se busca un proyecto arquitectónico el cual beneficie y satisfaga las necesidades que presenta la población beneficiada, con espacios modernos, óptimos y cómodos para el momento de acudir a obtener el servicio que el inmueble brindará. Se pretende obtener un desarrollo adecuado para el documento con lo cual se obtenga un conocimiento profundo y claro sobre el tema y así mismo la solución propuesta y todo lo derivado o necesario para el entendimiento del mismo; para lo cual se trabajará con el siguiente capitulado: Contexto, Planteamiento del problema, Justificación, Delimitación del tema, Objetivos, Metodología, Esquema metodológico, Alcances, Estructura.
