Abstract

This project is carried out in order to obtain the title of Architect, by the U.M.S.N.H. It is a fire station that is planned in the western area of the municipality of Morelia. Being one of the areas with the highest population growth in recent years. This generates the need for greater and better public services; to safeguard the integrity of the population in this sector of the city. The project arises based on a need on the part of the municipality, which has been proposed in its development plan by the secretary of urbanism and public works. It has a document that explains the different points that were investigated to be able to propose the architectural project, since it is necessary to know the needs of the user who will be using these facilities. It is also necessary to analyze the conditioning factors that the terrain may have with the context. It also has the executive project that is composed of various plans that help us to better understand the execution of the work, from the distribution of spaces, the execution of civil works, installations, finishes, as well as the budget of the work and the results of it (images).

Este proyecto se realiza con la finalidad de obtener el título de Arquitecto, por la U.M.S.N.H. Es una central de bomberos que se planea en la zona poniente del municipio de Morelia. Siendo una de las zonas con mayor crecimiento poblacional en los últimos años. Esto genera la necesidad de contar con mayores y mejores servicios públicos; para salvaguardar la integridad de la población en este sector de la cuidad. El proyecto surge a base de una necesidad por parte del municipio, la cual tiene propuesta en su plan de desarrollo la secretaria de urbanismo y obras públicas. Cuenta con un documento que explica los diferentes puntos que se investigaron para poder proponer el proyecto arquitectónico, ya que se necesita saber las necesidades del usuario que va estar usando dichas instalaciones. También se necesita analizar las condicionantes que pueda tener el terreno con el contexto. También cuenta con el proyecto ejecutivo que este compuesto por diversos planos que nos ayudan a entender mejor la ejecución de la obra, desde la distribución de los espacios, la ejecución de la obra civil, instalaciones, acabados, así como el presupuesto de la obra y los rendes de la misma (imágenes).
