Mejoramiento de vivienda y fraccionamiento Tarímbaro, Michoacán

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to develop a rainwater collection system for the homes of an already developed subdivision, since these systems have mostly been applied to new projects, leaving a little aside to what already exists. All this giving a focus not only to the houses can capture rainwater, but also the roads of the neighborhood, with the target of providing an alternative to the drinking-water network system, analyzing to what extent it can be favorable to the neighborhood and its inhabitants. This is done so that people know different solutions to a problem that is increasing more and more, referring to “water scarcity”. And that they can develop them in their homes, and also make governments aware that the problem is real and that they get to implement these solutions to housing and habitable developments, not only new but also to existing ones. In order to obtain as a result, that it is possible to develop an alternative rainwater harvesting, but this varies depending on several factors, such as the amount of rains that falls per year and the dimensions of the surfaces that capture the water. Giving variable between being able to replace in its entirety the service of drinking water network to only support in certain months to the houses.

El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad el desarrollar un sistema de captación de agua pluvial para las viviendas de un fraccionamiento ya desarrollado, ya que estos sistemas se han aplicado en su mayoría a nuevos proyectos, dejando un poco de lado a lo ya existente. Todo ello dando un enfoque no solo a que las viviendas puedan captar el agua de lluvia, sino también las vialidades del fraccionamiento, con el objetivo de dar una alternativa al sistema de red de agua potable, analizando en qué magnitud puede ser favorable al fraccionamiento y a sus habitantes. Esto se hace con el fin de que las personas conozcan diferentes soluciones a una problemática que cada vez aumenta refiriéndonos a “la escasez del agua”. Y que puedan llegar a desarrollarlas en sus viviendas, y a su vez a que los gobiernos tomen conciencia de que la problemática es real y que lleguen a implementar estas soluciones a las viviendas y desarrollos habitables, no solo nuevos sino a los existentes también. Para al final obtener como resultado, que sí es posible desarrollar una alternativa de captación de agua pluvial, pero que esta varía dependiendo de diversos factores, como la cantidad de lluvia que cae al año y las dimensiones de las superficies que captan el agua. Dando variables entre poder sustituir en su totalidad el servicio de red de agua potable a solamente apoyar en ciertos meses a las viviendas.
