Alberca olímpica para la UMSNH en CU

Abstract

In this thesis, a theorical investigation and the elaboration of a design and planimetry of an Olympic pool for the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, located in the sports área of Ciudad Universitaria in the city of Morelia, Michoacán, was carried out. It is worth mentioning that this Project was developed during the period between the 9th and 10th semesters of the Architecture career. The purpose of carrying out this project is to serve the nicolaitan communitu, continue promoting aquatic sports, favor the comprehensive training process of the nicolaitans and contribute to the popularization of the UMSNH. It is important to mention that wáter sports help develp coordination by working with many body movements at the same time, increase lung capacity by improving the respiratory system, improve circulation and the cardiovascular system, reduce stress, prevent and treat injuries and, they help fight cardio-metabolic diseases such as obesity and diabetes, to name a few. The development of this thesis was carried out through a series of chapters that helped to obtain information, starting from a theorical study, a sociodemographic study, a physical-geographical study and a normative study. Subsequently, the design process began, which was base don a study of the áreas and measurements of the pools base don the different regulations and standards analyzed.

En la presente tesis se realizó una investigación teórica y la elaboración de un diseño y planimetría de una alberca olímpica para la Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo, ubicada en el área deportiva de Ciudad Universitaria en la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán. Cabe mencionar que este proyecto se desarrolló durante el periodo comprendido entre los semestres de 9° y 10° de la carrera de Arquitectura. El propósito de realizar este proyecto es atender a la comunidad nicolaíta, seguir fomentando el deporte acuático, favorecer el proceso formativo integral de los nicolaítas y contribuir con la popularización de la UMSNH. Es importante mencionar que los deportes acuáticos ayudan a desarrollar la coordinación al trabajar con muchos movimientos de cuerpo a la vez, aumentan la capacidad pulmonar mejorando el sistema respiratorio, mejoran la circulación y el sistema cardiovascular, reducen el estrés, previenen y tratan lesiones y, ayudan a combatir enfermedades cardio-metabólicas como lo son la obesidad y la diabetes por mencionar algunas. El desarrollo de esta tesis se llevó a cabo mediante una serie de capítulos que ayudaron a obtener información, partiendo así, de un Estudio Teórico, Estudio Sociodemográfico, Estudio Físico-Geográfico y un Estudio Normativo. Posteriormente se inició el proceso de diseño, en el que se partió de un estudio de las áreas y medidas de las albercas en base a los distintos reglamentos y normas analizados.
