Huerto terapéutico para adultos mayores en Morelia

Abstract

When they reach the age of 60 or more, the body begins to undergo a series of changes such as physical and emotional wear and tear, which causes them to develop inadequately in their daily lives. If we add to this a lack of economic stability to provide themselves with the necessary food, this puts their health at serious risk. Therefore, we present the project of a therapeutic garden for the elderly whose main focus is to design the furniture according to each house and their physical condition in which they will develop activities of urban agriculture (cultivation, care, harvesting and consumption) as well as physical and emotional stimulation, generating their own and social impact.

Al llegar a la edad de 60 años o más el cuerpo comienza a sufrir una serie de cambios como desgaste física y emocional lo cual les provoca un desarrollo inadecuado en su día a día. Si a esto le sumamos un poco estabilidad económica para proveerse de alimentos necesarios pone en grave riesgo su salud. Por lo consiguiente se presenta el proyecto de huerto terapéutico para el adulto mayor el cual su enfoque primordial es el diseñar el mobiliario de acuerdo a cada casa y condición física de ellos en el cual desarrollaran actividades de agricultura urbana (cultivo, cuidados, cosecha y consumo) así como la estimulación física y emocional generando un impacto propia y social.
