Rehabilitación y nuevo uso en galera de San Nicolás de los Agustinos

Abstract

This document contains the Rehabilitation and New Use project in the Galera de San Nicolas de los Agustinos, located in the center of the town belonging to the municipality of Salvatierra, Gto. This building was listed as an Immovable Historical Monument in 1991 by the National Institute of Anthropology and History, dates back to the 18th century and was built as an extension of the local hacienda having a barn function and over the years its owner Luis Bermejillo Martínez Negrete decides to donate it, becoming the property of the town. However, the passing of the years, the lack of maintenance and the constant exposure to weathering have caused the deterioration of the building and in turn its partial abandonment. Therefore, the work focused on the rehabilitation of the building for its adaptation to a new use, where the intervention of the property was proposed to enable its facilities with processes such as cleaning, consolidation, protection, replacement, reintegration and maintenance of the building. At the same time, a proposal was made for a new use that would offer assistance to the needs of the community with a Workshop and Labor Training Center, where the pertinent facilities were integrated, considering and respecting the pre-existing structure under the guidelines established by the INAH and others. regulations, adapting the spaces to the current needs coupled with an architectural design and its executive project that satisfies its functions.

El presente documento contiene el proyecto de Rehabilitación y Nuevo Uso en la Galera de San Nicolas de los Agustinos, ubicada en el centro de la localidad perteneciente al municipio de Salvatierra, Gto. Este edificio fue catalogado como Monumento Histórico inmueble en 1991 por el Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia, data del siglo XVIII y fue construido como extensión de la hacienda de la localidad teniendo una función de granero y con el paso de los años su dueño Luis Bermejillo Martínez Negrete decide donarla volviéndose propiedad del pueblo. Sin embargo, el paso de los años, la falta de mantenimiento y la constante exposición al intemperismo ha provocado el deterioro del edificio y a su vez el abandono parcial de este. Por consiguiente, el trabajo se centró en la rehabilitación del edificio para su adaptación a un nuevo uso, donde se propuso la intervención del inmueble para el habilitado de sus instalaciones con procesos como limpieza, consolidación, protección, sustitución, reintegración y mantenimiento de la edificación. A su vez fue realizada la propuesta de un nuevo uso que ofreciera asistencia a las necesidades de la comunidad con un Centro de Talleres y Capacitaciones Laborales, donde fueron integradas las instalaciones pertinentes considerando y respetando la estructura preexistente bajo los lineamientos establecidos por el INAH y demás normativas, adecuando los espacios a las necesidades actuales acopladas a un diseño arquitectónico y su proyecto ejecutivo que satisfaga sus funciones.
