Modelo de vivienda mínima sustentable en Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán

Abstract

This document analyzes the change in housing after living through a pandemic, since these were affected by different activities that people began to carry out in their homes and these no longer had adequate space for such activities. However, housing generates a great environmental impact from its construction to its use, that is why there are fewer places to build them and that has made them start to build smaller, but with bad designs and poor-quality materials that make it uncomfortable to inhabit them. That is why, observing the problem of bad design and the minimum dimensions for what are houses, we analyzed the characteristics that a minimum house requires to make it comfortable for users and also to make it sustainable. It is a challenge to make a minimal housing model that is also sustainable for a hot climate as it is in Lazaro Cardenas Michoacán, but it is not impossible because technology is advancing more and more and there are different ways to make a house with a good design, not only architecturally but also structurally and thus become safe and comfortable for users.

En este documento se analiza sobre el cambio de las viviendas tras vivir una pandemia, ya que estas fueron afectadas por distintas actividades que se empezaron a realizar por las personas en los hogares y que estas ya no cumplían con espacios adecuados para realizar dichas actividades. Sin embargo, las viviendas generan un gran impacto ambiental ya sea desde su construcción hasta el uso de estas, es por eso que ya hay menos lugares el cual construirlas y eso ha hecho que las empiecen a construir más pequeñas, pero con malos diseños y materiales de mala calidad que hace inconfortable habitarlas. Es por eso que al observar el problema sobre el mal diseño y las mínimas dimensiones para lo que son viviendas, se analizaron las características que requiere una vivienda mínima para hacerla confortable para los usuarios y además hacerla sustentable. Ya que es un reto hacer un modelo de vivienda mínima y que además sea sustentable para un clima caluroso como lo es en Lázaro Cárdenas Michoacán, pero no es imposible ya que la tecnología cada vez avanza más y hay distintas maneras de que sea una vivienda con un buen diseño, no solo arquitectónico sino también estructural y así llegue a ser segura y confortable para los usuarios
