Abstract

From the beginning of their life to the human being already wrap it the norms and rules imposed for the society that rocks him; hence it is considered to the individual like a social product, already be of a small community or of a great city. When being the human being a product of the society, all the transformations that are made in the spheres so much political as economic they impact in their acts and behavior forms as well as in their freedom, being the environment for consequence preponderant factor for their project of life in them to become historical and in accordance with their intellectual, political and economic growth, the man has created diverse forms of social life. At the present time, the societies western they are subsumed for the products of the modernity and the processes of modernization so much in the theoretical order as in the practical one, from the Illustration until our days. One of the main products of the modernity was the new conformation of the State, that he/she opened the way to the birth of political new systems where the governments, according to the one ideal of the Illustration, they would take as their mission to defend the man's rights, to guarantee their freedom, their security and their property, assisting to the social and economic questions; of this way the western societies were transforming according to the practice of those political and social born theories starting from the discovery of the reason.

Desde el principio de su vida al ser humano lo envuelven las normas y reglas ya impuestas por la sociedad que lo acuna; por ello se considera al individuo como un producto social, ya sea de una pequeña comunidad o de una gran urbe. Al resultar el ser humano un producto de la sociedad, todas las transformaciones que se hagan en las esferas tanto políticas como económicas inciden en sus actos y formas de comportamiento, así como en su libertad, siendo el entorno por consecuencia factor preponderante para su proyecto de vida En su devenir histórico y de acuerdo con su crecimiento intelectual, político y económico, el hombre ha creado diversas formas de vida social. En la actualidad, las sociedades occidentales se encuentran subsumidas por los productos de la modernidad y los procesos de modernización tanto en el orden teórico como en el práctico, desde la Ilustración hasta nuestros días. Uno de los principales productos de la modernidad fue la nueva conformación del Estado, que dio paso al nacimiento de nuevos sistemas políticos en donde los gobiernos, de acuerdo al ideal de la Ilustración, tomarían como su misión defender los derechos del hombre, garantizar su libertad, su seguridad y su propiedad, atendiendo a las cuestiones sociales y económicas; de esta manera las sociedades occidentales fueron transformándose de acuerdo a la práctica de las teorías políticas y sociales nacidas a partir del descubrimiento de la razón.
