Abstract:	The original text of Hart “Rawls on Liberty and its priority” has as a main objective to show what the critical approach towards the philosophy of Rawls is. This review is focused on the relationship between justice and freedom, the idea that justice demands that liberty can only be limited for the sake of liberty itself and not by any economic or social benefits. El texto original de Hart “Rawls on liberty and its priority” tiene como objetivo principal mostrar cuál es su planteamiento crítico respecto de la filosofía de Rawls. Dicha crítica está enfocada en la relación entre justicia y libertad, la concepción de que la justicia demanda que la libertad solo puede ser limitada por el bien de la libertad misma y no por los posibles beneficios económicos o sociales.
