Los roles representativos de la sociedad actual vistos a través del filme ???? (Air Doll) de Hirokazu Koreeda

Abstract

In the thesis "The representative roles of today's society seen through the film ?? ? ?? (Air Doll) by Hirokazu Koreeda, a recount of the main stereotypes that characterize individuals in first world societies is presented. These stereotypes or roles are typical of post-modernism since individualism and the narcissism prevalent in them are the features of contemporary subjects. These subjects in the film are presented separately, that is, on the one hand there is the woman who represents contemporary femininity and on the other hand the men are evidenced by means of several characters exercising roles with labor, social and sexual implications. The woman in this case, is represented by a doll that also mimics roles ranging from work to sex. However, for the men or the woman of the film to play a specific role, it must interact with the others, since the communicative link between them is essential for their realization since they are social beings. These relationships and stereotypes are distinguished through Gilles Lipovetsky's main proposals, thus demonstrating that his philosophy is for the contemporary world.

En la tesis "Los roles representativos de la sociedad actual vistos a través del filme ?? ? ?? (Air Doll) de Hirokazu Koreeda, es presentado un recuento de los principales estereotipos que caracterizan a los individuos de las sociedades de primer mundo. Estos estereotipos o roles son propios de la posmodernidad ya que el individualismo y el narcisismo prevaleciente en ellos, son los rasgos de los sujetos contemporáneos. Estos sujetos en el filme son presentados por separado, es decir, por un lado, se encuentra a la mujer que representa a la feminidad contemporánea y por el otro lado se evidencia a los hombres por medio de varios personajes ejerciendo roles con implicaciones sexuales, laborales y sociales. La mujer en este caso, es representada por una muñeca que también imita roles que van desde lo laboral hasta lo sexual. Sin embargo, para que los hombres o la misma mujer del filme ejerzan un rol en específico debe interactuar con los otros ya que el vínculo comunicativo entre ellos es indispensable para su realización ya que se trata de seres sociales. Estas relaciones y estereotipos son distinguidos a través de las principales propuestas de Gilles Lipovetsky, demostrando así que su filosofía es para todo el mundo contemporáneo.
