Abstract:	This analysis work is intended to be an instrument that allows the pertinent instances to make the necessary adjustments so that the program, in future years, can be operated in a more effective and timely manner. This is essential so that the flow of resources to the sector results in productive and socioeconomic benefits for the ranchers of the Municipality. Este trabajo de análisis, pretende ser un instrumento que permita a las instancias pertinentes realizar los ajustes necesarios para que el programa, en ejercicios futuros, pueda ser operado en forma más eficaz y oportuna. Ello resulta fundamental para que la derrama de recursos hacia el sector, redunde en beneficios productivos y socioeconómicos para los ganaderos del Municipio.
