Abstract

The main objective of this work is to find the means to feed fattening cattle more economically so that they provide greater benefits to their owners. In order to carry out this work, it is necessary to know certain fundamental facts regarding the chemical compounds that make up the body of the ingredients and by-products to be used.

El objetivo principal de este trabajo es encontrar los medios para alimentar más económicamente a los bovinos en engorda para que brinden mayores beneficios a sus propietarios. Para poder realizar este trabajo es necesario conocer ciertos hechos fundamentales respecto a los compuestos químicos que integran el organismo de los ingredientes y subproductos a utilizar.
