| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to determine the effect of bovine PRL (bPRL) on the endocytosis of S. aureus in bovine mammary epithelial cells (MBEC), obtained from the alveolar tissue of a mammary gland of a lactating cow. Similarly, the participation of the CEMB integrin α5β1 in the endocytosis of S. aureus regulated by bPRL was analyzed. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue determinar el efecto de la PRL bovina (bPRL) sobre la endocitosis de S. aureus en células epiteliales mamarias bovinas (CEMB), obtenidas a partir de tejido alveolar de una glándula mamaria de una vaca lactante. De igual forma, se analizó la participación de la integrina α5β1 de las CEMB en la endocitosis de S. aureus regulada por bPRL. |
