Abstract

This work aims to present some of the latest considerations about the exploitation of the pig in current times. The basis of the success of pig farming lies in the technical and scientific knowledge that they have of it, as well as the advancement in scientific knowledge.

Este trabajo tiene por objeto presentar algunas de las últimas consideraciones acerca de la explotación del cerdo en los tiempos actuales. La base del éxito de la explotación porcina, radica en los conocimientos técnicos y científicos que se tengan de él, así como del avance en los conocimientos científicos.
