Tratamiento quirúrgico en el equino con síndrome de dolor abdominal agudo por enterolitiasis

Abstract

The objective of this work is to know the causes and risks associated with Acute Abdominal Pain Syndrome due to Enterolithiasis and, if possible, to implement strategies that contribute to earlier and more timely diagnosis in order to reduce the rate of horses that are subjected to abdominal surgery and many times they have to be euthanized.

El objetivo del presente trabajo es conocer las causas y riesgos asociados al Síndrome de Dolor Abdominal Agudo por Enterolitiasis y de ser posible implementar estrategias que contribuyan al diagnóstico más temprano y oportuno para así reducir el índice de caballos que son sometidos a cirugía abdominal y muchas veces tienen que ser eutanaciados.
